Patton Boggs Launches Weekly Internet Radio Show on VoiceAmerica? Business Channel
Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) September 23, 2008 -- Patton Boggs LLP plans to launch a weekly Internet radio program that takes listeners deep inside Beltway politics and the legal world to understand the intersection of public policy, politics, law and business.
The Capital Thinking radio appears on the VoiceAmerica? Business Channel at noon every Thursday starting September 25th on www.voiceamerica.com.
Kevin O'Neill, a partner at Patton Boggs, will host the hour-long bipartisan show devoted to the actions taken on Capitol Hill and what they mean for Wall Street as well as Main Street.
"We are determined to take listeners beyond the usual talking points and into a deeper exploration of the major policy and legal issues of the day," said Kevin O'Neill. "We want a show that's fun to listen to but also actively engages our audience and provides them with information they can use to shape the future of their business and personal lives."
O'Neill will be joined each week by a variety of guests, including policymakers and influential business executives from across the country who will share their experiences and expertise on a wide range of topics. For example, the debut show will focus on the fall-out from the credit crisis now engulfing the financial sector, the remaining congressional agenda for the fall, and insights into the 2008 election season.
"Patton Boggs has a long history as one of the premier public policy and business law firms in the country and Capital Thinking will showcase our vast knowledge base to provide listeners with the information they need to know about Washington each week," said Stuart M. Pape, managing partner of Patton Boggs.
Capital Thinking airs live on Thursdays at 9 AM Pacific / 11 AM Central / Noon Eastern on the VoiceAmerica Business Network. To access the show, log on at http://www.modavox.com/voiceamericabusiness.
